1. Return Period
We offer a 24 Hour return policy.
You have 24 hour from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
After 24 hour, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
Printed / Customized T-Shirts
Sale items
Used, washed, or damaged products
Items without original packaging
3. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused
The item must be in original condition
Tags and packaging must be intact
You must provide proof of purchase
A clear unboxing video is required
Without an unboxing video, refund or exchange requests will not be processed.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
You will be notified via email or WhatsApp
If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If applicable, return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
